Shed repaint in Tinbeerwah. Modern colour scheme to match house.
Colours used here are Shale Grey on doors and gutter with Lexicon quarter strength walls.
Rendered walls professionally washed and repainted in Haymes Solashield in Monument. You can also see Shale Grey Gutters and Lexicon quarter strength fascia board.
Roof repaint. This roof was high pressure washed and then primed with Globalcote Primer/Sealer. We then applied two coats of Globalcote Roofing membrane in Shale Grey.
New deck finished in intergrain decking stain.
Here we can show you a great example of why engaging a qualified professional is important and can save you money and hassle in the long run. When we went to repaint these window and door frames they had previously been painted by the owner. Unbeknownst to them - because they had painted water based gloss over oil based gloss, and without a suitable undercoat, it did not adhere properly and was prone to chipping and faults. We sanded these back completely, primed and repainted them in water base gloss.
This 40 year old home recently underwent a massive reno. Here we had to strip back ceiling paint due to plasterboard not being sealed at the time of construction. If we had painted straight over this there would have been a high risk of original paint peeling off during and after application.
We then patched and undercoated the ceiling and walls before applying Lexicon Half to the walls, and ceiling flat on the ceiling. This feature wall was done in Klute.
